About a month ago it started again.
Wildflowers in the fields by the lake sprouting.
Flycatchers reappeared.
Monarchs started migrating in.
On one hand my brain thinks we are close to the end of the school year.
But really it goes to the fact that the summer film class is near.
Such a great feeling!
I am wrapping up my 25th year teaching at Greenhill.
When I started my daughter wasn't two and my younger daughter wasn't born.
Now they are both out of college and working.
Wow!
And this also means I am starting my 25th year of summer classes.
The Summer Film Video Production class starts in a week, May 30th at 9am.
I will post here every day of the class.
The for-credit class is two weeks long, from May 30th to June 9th.
The first week we start on a Tuesday May 30 and go to Saturday June 3rd.
Sunday the 4th off.
Then second week from Monday May 5th through Friday June 9th.
Also on paperwork it may say this is Summer on the Hill (SOTH) Weeks 2 and 3.
That's because the summer classes on campus started this week, so our class falls on Weeks 2 and 3.
If you have any questions please email me at doylec@greenhill.org or the SOTH office at summer@greenhill.org.
I'm really excited for this summer.
We have some great AVP alum counselors.
Emails will be sent to families and students with information and preparation.
Very much go team!
Mr. Doyle
