Film 2 Day 5

That was a week, and a very solid, exhausting 2 weeks.
There was a tremendous amount of drive, work, vision, and grit.
Everyone involved is a more confident filmmaker after this run.
I promise.

The films still need work.
That will happen.
I am again very proud of everyone's work this week.

Film 2 Day 4

Whooooooo!
That was a lot of production today.
Boogie Wonderland got production done.
Animators got their film wrapped up, and they are going to make a little something extra tomorrow.
The dirt boys decided that yesterday was enough for living underground so they decided to just be editing all day today.
Starship was full force straight ahead go!
Sophomore boy squad wrapped production.
The Uno players did too.
The mockumentary group hit some sound issues but they are ready to tackle it in the morning.
The boat crew put their actor through a LOT today.
The team in white wrapped production too.
The action team helped with other groups and wrapped production.
Carter worked on his project, and also helped Jack and boat with their projects.
Hannah dove deep into her editing.
Kate acted in one big film and worked on her editing.
Kati and Jess were a joyous team of editors.
And the Browntown group.
Oh Browntown.
They wrapped production as well.
It was a lot today.
Tomorrow they edit as much as they can until noon, export films in the current versions, and we share them as a group.
Very much Go Team!

Film 2 Day 3

That was a wonderful haul of filmmaking today.
Animators made some magic.
Browner Town was in full regalia.
Starship editors crunched a lot of data.
Folks edited old MiniDV footage.
And we had a person in a boat sailing through campus.
Groups will get their last shots tomorrow for the most part.
Go team!
Very very much.

Production days feel like running a marathon.
Everyone should sleep well tonight.
Every group got work done today.
Wednesday will be a whole long day of production.
The goal is for all groups to finish production tomorrow.
That won't happen, but that's the goal.
Go team everyone!

Film 2 Day 1

Everybody was present even after the crazy and destructive storms yesterday.
It was so great to see everyone.
Like last week, this Monday was a lot of getting to know people and their ideas.
Planning, scheming, imagining.
There was a lot of great work done today.
Some have more to write tomorrow, and some get to start producing right away.
They got a lot done in one day.
Go team!

Film 1 Day 5

Fridays are whirlwinds.
Picking up the last shots, editing the last of the film, making deals.
Making it work.
I am very proud of everyone this week.
We screened the current versions of the films at the end of the day in Rose Hall.
None of these films are really done.  They can work on them next week.  A little or a lot.
Some had the intention of working on a single film over the two weeks.
After the picture of the group are links to the films in their current iterations.
Very much Go team!

Film 1 Day 4

Wow
I'm tired today
another whirlwind day
We had a group find that their data was lost
They jumped from the start and they reshot the missing scenes from their film
The Starship group works like a  professional squad.
It is simply a beautiful sight to see everyone working.
Tomorrow we will screen what we have so far.
Finished one week films, and two weeks films screened in their current states.
Very much Go team!
